Paolo's Gelato Italiano

The gelato is great, but it cost $26 (before tip) for 3 small cups. That's getting a little out of hand.

Just before it was closed, I catched this tasty opportunity.

Paolo himself is very kind and friendly, we did a short talk. He produces many Italian food too.

I tried Rose gelato and it was very tasty

Amazing place! If you are thinking of coming, do it! Best gelato in a large LARGE radius by far. The pistachio is highly reccomend

This was my first time coming to Paolo’s and I was craving a gelato after recently donating my kidney. The man working was so rude about me wanting to try 1 additional flavor. There was a sign that said only 2 samples per person but it was very easy to miss. I also don’t understand why they have so many different flavors if you can only try 2. Giving them 2 stars only because the matcha flavor was good, but customer service was absolute trash and the prices are ridiculous for the serving size. I will not be returning.

I've been going here for almost 10 years, and my family has always loved the gelato and Paolo

I get it. The nostalgia. The vibe. But really, the gelato is not good. I got pistachio. Artificial. If you reply and say it isn’t I’ll LOL. It’s terrible (sorry!). $8.50 for 1 scoop, and I gave a tip. Ridiculous. This is my first review! I’m writing it for the people that need to know. Others will go regardless.

The owner was rude to me and my child when my 4 year old touched the gelato display case. If windex is too difficult to figure out, perhaps you shouldn’t be in business. I will not return. Being rude to a child is unacceptable.

The pistachio flavor tastes like chemicals and fake. The hazelnut one is good. The server is really nice but please be serious $8 for one small scoop is unhinged

As authentic as it gets!! As someone who was born in Italy this is reminiscent of the best gelato from Milan. Highly recommended!

It is honestly the best gelato in Atlanta. Paolo does it all - makes and serves his gelato, and when he runs out, he's out. Hours are not always consistent as he generally works alone.

He's also out over the winter months selling gelato in the Bahamas.

At any rate, please try the stracciatella. You won't find a better one within hundreds of miles.

I don’t even know where start the gelato was so delicious it had my family in shock by the flavor. I went here seven years ago that was the last time I went I vividly remember that ice cream and wanted to take my sister. The service was also wonderful the owner was nice and friendly. Definitely recommend
