Paolo's Gelato Italiano

The owner was rude to me and my child when my 4 year old touched the gelato display case. If windex is too difficult to figure out, perhaps you shouldn’t be in business. I will not return. Being rude to a child is unacceptable.

The pistachio flavor tastes like chemicals and fake. The hazelnut one is good. The server is really nice but please be serious $8 for one small scoop is unhinged

As authentic as it gets!! As someone who was born in Italy this is reminiscent of the best gelato from Milan. Highly recommended!

It is honestly the best gelato in Atlanta. Paolo does it all - makes and serves his gelato, and when he runs out, he's out. Hours are not always consistent as he generally works alone.

He's also out over the winter months selling gelato in the Bahamas.

At any rate, please try the stracciatella. You won't find a better one within hundreds of miles.

I don’t even know where start the gelato was so delicious it had my family in shock by the flavor. I went here seven years ago that was the last time I went I vividly remember that ice cream and wanted to take my sister. The service was also wonderful the owner was nice and friendly. Definitely recommend

When he learned that my kids and I were neighbors, he generously offered us a complimentary ice cream treat and warmly welcomed us to the community. Paulo has himself an incredible establishment! He’s been running it for 25 years and each time we’ve gone it’s been better than the last! All his gelato is handmade by him and all the other food/pasta/sauce is straight from Italy!

If it’s not insanely busy and you get a chance, start a conversation with Paulo, he’s a pretty cool guy.
