As far as I'm concerned, my search for Atlanta's best gluten-free pizza is over. I was heartened by the praise of Pielands' GF crust and found them to be overwhelmingly correct. On the menu, the sole GF offering is in the form of a square personal pan size, and it includes one topping. My first purchase was an online order, the 16"sq pizzas were excellent. Great crust, thin and unlike the chain pizza places the crust wasn't soggy. The toppings were of course amazing. The order was ready on time and the staff were helpful and polite. Second review... and they are still doing a great job, glad to have them in Va. Highlands.

This is by far one of the best pizza pies I have had in Atlanta. It beats the competition, hands-down! I highly recommend trying a square pie. The chop salad is enough to share between two people!
