I have ordered from this Papa John’s for years & everything always arrive piping hot & perfect. When DoorDash Drivers deliver, the items are always lukewarm & they frequently miss items, even a whole pizza… When I mentioned this to our DoorDash Driver, he directed me back to the store & didn’t take responsibility. I’ve seen the drivers pick up at other restaurants & they know what they’re picking up & they can choose to have an insulated bag...
October 2023. This location has a A-Star Team!Not once have my new friends at this Papa John’s have let me down! I became a regular and the top tier customer service is worth noting. The manager, Bobby is as professional as they come. I will always order from this location due to his professionalism. When something goes wrong, he doesn’t take the low road and play the blame game. He makes it right. What a stand up guy.
