I’m absolutely shocked that this place isn’t rated at least 4 stars. The food here is amazing. Each time I have time to travel to ATL on weekends i frequent this place. The turkey wings and homemade gravy over rice, Mac n cheese, collards etc has always been on point. The peach cobbler is magnificent.

I drove from NC to try this place and it WAS WORTH IT!! THE FOOD IS GOOD THE SERVICE IS GREAT & the Price WAS REASONABLE FOR SOUL FOOD! S/O ANTWAN HE MADE THE EXPERIENCE EVEN BETTER HE IS VERY HOSPITABLE AND PERFECT FOR THE POSITION HE IS IN!

Having a hard time justifying why the cake slices should be over $8. Guess I should've asked how much before I said "I'll take a slice." I figured $5, $6 at the most considering the size. Nope, $8.35 per this receipt.
Side note: now that I've had a chance to analyze this receipt I'm just now realizing the extra charge to use their ccard machine. Passing your fee off to the customers, eh? Well, guess it's almost like a built-in "tip."...
