Im giving three stars for customer service because they were truly awesome. But the cakes were not and it’s not their fault! I’m surprised how bland the two slices of cake I got were. I got the Red Velvet and their Chocolate cakes. The chocolate positively had a bitter after taste, and the Red velvet, a chemical aftertaste. I got a caramel cake for my son’s birthday. It was delicious and moist. The lady at the counter was so nice and very helpful. She gave me great advice on how to keep my cake moist since I got it 2 days before my son’s birthday.
Decided at the last minute to pick up a cake for my Christmas Eve party due to start in a few hours. I dropped into the Atlanta location and purchased a red velvet cake. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious. Very moist and fresh. My guests really enjoyed it.
