Every single time I come to this Pizza Hut it’s always Horrible customer service I weighed it an hour for a large pizza wings and Alfredo he told me to come back in 20 minutes I come back my order was never even cashed out I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said she didn’t have time to come out and speak to me because she was cutting pizza multiple peoples orders were ahead of mine and they came after me I’m pretty sure Pizza Hut does not treat their customers...read full review
Last Friday I placed a $50 order for a children’s birthday party. Order arrived late and we did not receive all items ordered. When they came to the door they came WITH a coupon because of how late the delivery was. Fast forward to today...we try to use the coupon and can’t redeem it via the app or online. I tried to call the order in however I was transferred multiple times from rep to rep in the call center after they said they were transferring me to the store location....read full review
