The manager I give her 5 stars 10 if I can She always courteous, accurate ,and polite ,however 1 of the crew members attitude was rude unpleasant ,un professional (young lady wear glasses on day shift ) gave me over spilled beverage got on my arm clothes ( she got really upset when I said something to her ) it's customer service just apologize and move on .
