I had an amazing experience at Prefecture. We tried 7 tapas and shared their famous 8-course omakase ($175 per person). The Yuzu Ponzu Oysters were my favorite—super fresh and flavorful, and the Hamachi Sashimi with blood orange was such a unique and tasty combo.

This restaurant is so fabulous you will not be able to eat Sashimi or Wagyu anywhere else. Definitely get the flight of Sake to match Prefecture Omekase. This place is a gem! My first time eating Sushi so the Sashimi is a must have and now has ruined the possibility of ever eating rolls. Caviar, garlic, and onion on top. The pickled vegetables are also delicious (I do not like pickled vegetables). The meal will cost a little more. However it is a great price for the amount of...
