The staff here was terrible. There simply is no way I can recommend this establishment at the Atlanta airport concorse E. Airports command top dollar but the service does not match the expense. This is a reflection on management.

Service is awful, poorly wrapped my Borito and it fell apart almost immediately, they were to busy to busy chatting to one another and flirting to pay attention to making food. Not to mention the prices were astronomical for what you receive I understand it’s an airport but at least try to match the value, won’t be returning and if you’re in the airport I suggest you eat somewhere else.

It’s a place without any care about products quality. I ordered a veggie burrito and they were out of the main ingredient grilled veggies.

The ladies behind the counter were carrying on a conversation with their friend all in front of the register. I was ignored then prompted for a tip? Service is terrible.

I work at the airport and receive great service every time. Food is good and fresh. Employees are friendly and willing to help. Seni made sure I got my food an was able to get back to work.
