We go to Dragoncon every year, and going to Sear for a nice dinner one night has always been a highlight. This year we went on Sunday evening. We noticed that the menu was very limited and the prices seemed a little less--well, that was nice of them. BUT when my husband ordered the skirt steak medium rare, he was told it was only medium. I ordered chicken fingers (I normally get a filet, but there was none on the menu, and nothing else appealed). Both dishes came with fries....
Everyone in our group of four ordered something different, and all thought their choices were very good. The service at the beginning and end was extremely slow in that our waiter was nowhere to be seen. We had to ask another employee to let him know we were ready to check out.
Shannon was our server and she was AMAZING!! The food was good but excellent service makes everything better. She had amazing table manners, an amazing smile and treated my wife and I so kindly. We thank her for making her birthday soooo good.
