Customer service at this location is horrible, rude, and discourteous. The inability to cancel an order, issue a refund AND being told to call my bank to dispute the charge is ABSURD!! Being inept and incompetent is not a good look for this location. Do better!!!
I have to agree with some of the reviews indicating this place not only smells bad, but overall all employees including the owner have huge attitude and have no clue about customer service! Forget about customer service, at least most places they take your money with a smile even they like to see you there but this place definitely makes you feel you would never want to return.
