Hi, this is a weird one. We had a nice time here as we waited for our plane. Our waitress was great and took care of us. Problem is, I went to get some money exchanged after my wife came back, had to go straight onto the plane. She thought I paid, I thought she paid, we never paid! They wouldn’t let me off the plane to settle up and then when I called it just rang and rang. We feel awful about this. How do we pay you? It was on January 1st, 2026 around 630pm. Really hope our nice waitress didn’t get stuck with our bill, either way, we want to rectify this. Please have someone let us know how to get ahold of you here.

I tried to order a drink at the Airport Location , I I ask how much the wine was , the bartender Tynicca Thomas did not know, she said she had to Look it up. Apparantly she did not like that, everyone was served she decided to just not to serve me and ignore me, the other Customers were appalled,. I have never been treated that way

I have never met a ruder waitress in my entire life. She was completely miserable and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I ordered a bagel for breakfast, and she informed me in the rudest way that it would “be toasted.” I expected an actual toasted bagel, but instead it was slapped on a grill with butter smeared all over the outside of only one half. The inside was burnt to a crisp and grossly inedible. I tossed the whole thing. What a waste of money.
The service is awful and the food was even worse. Do yourself a favour and just pick something else lol.

Very loud establishment. It seems as everyone is off the clock because I didn’t hear customers I heard nothing but the workers cursing, seating down and disrupting customers like myself. I will not be dining here. Hopefully management does something because it’s embarrassing.
