Starbucks Reserve used to be a unique location offering special reserve drinks, but it is now a regular Starbucks with top-notch baristas. Even though it's not a reserve anymore, the staff still provide excellent customer service and work hard to ensure a good experience. While some items may no longer be available, the baristas are apologetic and dedicated to their work. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and occasional samples of new concoctions. Despite the changes, the location continues to receive positive feedback for its service and beverages.
