Spiller Park Coffee is a cool little place in the middle of Ponce City Market. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, with great service. The coffee is always good, and they have fun specialty drinks. The caramel iced latte was good, creamy and good quality, but a bit too expensive at almost $9. The caramel oatmilk lattes are fantastic, with house-made syrups that knock it out the park, though a 16 ounce is nearly $10. The strawberry shortcake matcha and dirty chai latte were both very delicious. A peppermint mocha latte was perfect and satisfied a seasonal craving. The lavender and oat milk chai latte was a standout, with a heavenly aroma that is rich and floral. The strawberry shortcake matcha is a creative, whimsical twist on a classic matcha. The kitchen closes at 1 pm each day. One thing to note is the drinks are on the pricey side, but the craftsmanship is evident in every cup.
