The chocolate croissant was so fresh and tender
we had an amazing experience at the one by puttshack. the worker was so sweet and truly made our experience great. we highly recommend going. great prices!!!...so update we went to the one by the putt putt place. today we went to the one in ponce market and it was terrible. customer service was a joke. they were packing up the place and they didn't close for another hour. sad because our first experience with the people at the first location was so good
First time and definitely won’t be the last!! Our barista Chole was so genuine, kind, and sweet!!! The latte, hot chocolate, and croissant was delicious! The atmosphere is amazing!

Saint Germain Bakery at Ponce City Market offers authentic French pastries with unique textures and sweetness. Customers praised the beautiful atmosphere, great service, and visually delightful, organized cafe. The Lemon Tart and Americano were delicious, and the French Cheesecake came with a delightful berry sauce. The coffee mousse was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. A barista-made favorite latte was delicious and highly recommended. The seasonal mocha drink has a strong coffee presence and is really good. The long white pastry with a pecan filling was the best part. However, the lemon drop was the only good item among six ordered; the tiramisu and peach were not liked and were thrown away. The dragon fruit was really sour, and the tropical had chocolate in the middle. The Key Lime Tart had a strong, overly limed flavor and a hard crust. Some pastries improved significantly after being placed in a refrigerator; eating them cold, especially the mousse, jelly filled, and soft textured ones, is recommended. There can be a wait in line, and items sell out for the day. Hot coffees only.
