It's a pick up only location which is fine. However there's no way to see any ingredients of the dishes. For the soups it would be great to know what kind of broth base is used. There's no phone number to call.
This is in a food pickup locker. No way to contact anyone if your order is wrong. These rolls are premade, not fresh, so if you want to made any modifications you can’t. They provide options to modify when you order and charge additional, but they don’t make any modifications. I paid $2.50 extra for 2 rolls to not have any rice ($5 total) but the rolls came with rice anyways.
