Flew to PDK for the sole purpose of taking a friend to the 57th fighter wing for dinner. The service was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at this venue. If the wait staff has a welfare mindset, allow the individual to collect it at home, and not on the payroll at the restaurant. Every engagement that my table, and the tables around me, shared with the waiter, was a result of waving down another staff member.

The atmosphere is charming and historic. I love all the information on the walls about the history of the place, the manager knows so much about the place and really cares about his costumers. I even seen him doing dishes and bussing tables to help out his staff members.

When holiday plans changed last minute, 57th came to the rescue! The prime rib was cooked perfectly to medium rare and the seasoning was outstanding! Paired with Caesar salad & mashed potatoes, we were feeling fully satisfied. Billy & Robert made us feel right at home with festive cocktails! To top the evening off, we relaxed by the fire and gazed at fireworks over the runway. It was an incredible evening! Thank you 57th for being more than a neighbor!
