Pretty plain but did the job of airport food and filled my stomach.
The customer service was good. Anytime I make it back there at that location I will definitely stop to get at least 3 tacos 🌮 next time. The one kept me full until it was time to board my plane. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-17
They Offer one vegan Taco for 5$ Small size but fresh made
Vegan tacos on the menu, got 3 for $17 and very filling! Had beans, guacamole, tomatoes, etc on corn tortillas. You may want to ask for hot sauce or bring some if that’s something you like.
We stood at the counter and the folks in the back saw us but would not come wait on us. When I asked if they were open, someone stood up who had been crouched down sitting behind the counter.
This person at the counter was rude. They were slow…..

If you’re at the Atlanta airport, Concourse F, and feeling hungry, do not stop at El Taco! This was by far the worst dining decision I’ve made in Terminal F. The service was incredibly slow, despite the line being shorter than the neighboring Asian restaurant.
I initially chose El Taco because of the shorter line, but the service turned out to be much slower. The two people behind the counter were more focused on their conversation than on preparing orders. The younger female employee, in particular, frequently paused in the middle of preparing our food to have an extended conversation in Spanish with the male manager. It was clear that customer service was not their priority.
The cashier, who was taking orders, was visibly impatient and didn’t appreciate any questions about the menu. She seemed irritated and responded abruptly. When I ordered a bottle of beer, she carelessly poured it into a plastic cup, leaving a good portion in the bottle, which she then threw away. She explained that the bottle could be considered a weapon, but wouldn’t it have made more sense to pour the full $8 beer into two cups instead of wasting it?
When our food was finally ready, she let it sit on the counter as she continued to take other orders and prepare empty plastic bags, allowing my meal to turn cold. I ordered the only vegetarian option on the menu—a bland and tasteless vegetarian taco—while my daughter had the cheese quesadilla. Both were incredibly disappointing. The tortilla was flavorless and industrial, with a small amount of bland filling. It quickly broke apart, and no utensils were provided to eat the filling.
The cheese quesadilla was no better—just greasy, tasteless cheese that was unappetizing to look at. Despite the menu suggesting it contained meat, there was none. We ended up throwing both meals in the trash, losing about $28 on inedible food.
Thankfully, we later went to the Asian restaurant next door, where the service was not only faster and friendlier, but the food was tasty, inexpensive, and we were able to keep the full contents of our beer bottle. Save yourself the disappointment and skip El Taco!

Two employees. One sitting on her butt. One working. I said hello and the one sitting on her butt lashed at me and said something to the effect of see I told you and started to laugh. They said nothing to address I was standing there. Went elsewhere. Been watching them. One girl working hard one girl couldn’t care to have a job.

I was craving tacos. Employees were in back saw me up front .Was in a important conversation about his sister. I figured I didn't get service because I was being rude interrupting his important conversation. Watched myself plus 9 customers leave before 10 one was served . Can't wait for the ai robots to serve us .
I was greeted by a super friendly employee, at 802am, and got the breakfast chicken burrito, and it was incredible! The chicken is on point! Thanks for the great service and experience!

The girl behind the counter told us that the prices on the sign were incorrect and we would be charged more. We asked why and she shrugged and said she wasn't corporate.and made a race at us Really awkward.

It does the job, has the protein, tastes good. No complaints
Ordered a chicken quesadilla and never got it because it was taking so long, I would've missed my flight. Service was also pretty bad. Thanks for nothing.
