We celebrated my birthday (early) here for dinner on a Sunday night when it was very quiet. Our server, Brittney, took excellent care of us. The bartender and others greeted me with, "Happy Birthday," as we entered the restaurant. We shared a couple of delicious appetizers (the special lobster tail bites that were pricey and the crab cakes) and a couple of delicious desserts (key lime pie and cheesecake, one of which was free for my birthday). We were seated immediately but it went downhill after that. Appetizer came quickly but we had to wait a very long time for my dishes. I sent mine back because it was cold. It took 15 minutes for it to be brought back and it was clear that it was microwaved. Plate was hot but food was just warm. I asked for a to-go container and ask the same for my dessert. That took about 15 minutes. The Palm Restaurant had been a Thanksgiving tradition. Not anymore.

Used to come to this location years ago, and it brought back some great memories. A little bit of nostalgia for sure, but the service is still phenomenal and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the awesome unbeatable trifecta.
