The worst $25 I’ve ever spent at an airport. Food was cold and terrible.

African American worker refused to serve me. Asked if I came from another v
Bar. I advised I just landed from Norfolk. She didn’t like that I was smiling, dancing and listening to music. Amazing times!
DO NOT eat/DRINK there!
The Worst. To be treated with Racism from another Black American is Crazy!

Not bad for airport fast food.
You should put out a tip jar.

Grabbed a quick breakfast panini.
It came with potatoes and I bought an OJ, over $21.
Overall the sandwich is okay but the antiquated panini press they use takes some time and is in desperate need for a deep clean.
Potatoes are terrible and inedible. Seems to have been thrown in the fryer and undercooked. No seasoning.
You’d probably be better off getting a breakfast croissant from BK two spots to the left.

Out of most things. What had was old and not seasoned. Burned eggs. Hard “biscuits” that weren’t actually biscuits. Hash browns greasy. Very over priced.

Three people and they are moving the slowest I ever seen anyone ever move. One order then they go stand and two of them slowly cook. The line is wrapped around. They said they didn’t have paninis and right after they take my order they had three in the warmer bar.

I was hopeful this would have been good. I should have read the reviews before eating here. The food was poorly made, my waffle was so over cooked I couldn't cut through it. The staff was rude.

I love chicken and waffles and this is by far one of my favorites 😍 The chicken is nice and tender and you can taste the seasoning. The waffle isn't soggy and has a nice soft crunch to it. They definitely have improved based on previous reviews.

Avoid at all cost. Food is as expected from an airport, but the service is beyond bad. Sad, rude people that don’t want to work there serving you. Food might not be fresh as they prepare batches in advance.

Customer service is nothing short of ridiculous. The employee covering the counter appeared to avoid the waiting customers, darting in the back and disappearing for large swaths of time, Then reappearing to suggest that we were waiting in the wrong place. We moved to the register, which was apparently the right place, but she darted away again, leaving us waiting yet again. She reappeared and began talking to a couple of friends or acquaintances as if we hadn’t already been standing and waiting for 22-25 minutes. Strangely there were no other customers at the counter but me and my wife. Out of frustration we decided on Burger King instead. If she doesn’t want the job, allow someone else who needs it to serve customers.

The girl at the counter 9.30 am June 6, 2025 is actively ensuring that no one orders anything by scowling at them, cutting them off mid order and informing them that nothing on the menu is available except eggs, sausage and bacon., all sold separately. Then when you ask for sunny Side up eggs she informs you that only scrambled eggs are available. She must have some beef with the manager/owner... this place is not going to last very long if they don't get their act together.

The International terminal choice of food places is atrocious. Burger King might be the best option. This place seemed appealing but unfortunately the Southern breakfast I had was barely edible. The biscuit was a tiny piece of very dry bread. The chicken sausage had a thick skin and was also dry. The scrambled eggs were passable given lowered expectations from the other items. Do yourself a favour and go to Starbucks for a breakfast sandwich.
