It is a good place to stay, what I don't like is the arrogance of some people, the manager who is with the parking vouchers treats them badly, I see that he is rude to the people who work there.
This is one of the best W’s I’ve ever stayed in. I was in Atlanta in a work trip and the staff couldn’t do enough or have been nicer! Highly recommend for an individual or work trip experience!
The rooms are great and well kept. The only issue was that the shower had mold in the corners. Check-in was super slow. Valet cost $55, which is not an issue, but the system they have in place is very inefficient and disorganized. We never received our vehicle when we called down prior to reaching downstairs.
