W. H. Stiles Fish Camp is a popular destination, with a mild crowd on weekdays. The Food Hall offers a variety of options, including oysters, fish n chips, and fish tacos. Fresh and flavorful fish, lightly breaded fish, and phenomenal blackened salmon sandwiches are among the highlights. The outside seating area is clean and pleasant, while the inside has a unique atmosphere. The greens were a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The seared shrimp po’boy was cooked to absolute perfection. The shrimp and grits were truly one of a kind—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The fried catfish and shrimp were equally impressive. Kids especially enjoyed the crispy fries and the freshly squeezed lemonade. The Catfish Bahn mi salad slaps, with a perfect panko crusted piece or two of catfish over a salad of red onions, red cabbage, mint, basil, cilantro, carrots, peanuts with a jalapeño fish sauce vinaigrette. The oyster po boy, crispy cod sandwich and the large clam chowder were all amazing.
