This was easily the filthiest Zaxby’s I’ve ever visited. The floors were so greasy that two different mats nearly slid out from under me. Every table was dirty, and even my tray had dried ketchup on it. To top it off, the food tasted like it had been fried in old grease from days ago.

I’ve eaten at this location three times in a one year period and it has been disappointing every time. The food is poor quality, the service is even worse, and the wait times are inexplicable.

The first two times I ate here, I used the app the place an online order to skip any potential lunch rush. I waited 15 minutes after placing the order to go pick up the food (the app said it would be ready in 10), and I still had to wait an additional 12 minutes to receive my food. This happened on two separate occasions.

When I received my food on these two occasions, the food was cold, barely had any sauce (some pieces were bone dry), and the chicken tasted rubbery. They somehow even provided poor quality fries, as they were undercooked and cold.

I gave this location one final chance and went through the drive thru just in case they were not proficient at mobile orders. It somehow took 16 minutes to receive a single boneless wings meal with only two vehicles in front of me. The food was marginally better this time, but still lacked enough sauce to cover 5 boneless wings.

The customer service here is truly poor. I do not know if it is a management issue or personnel issue, but I felt unwelcome each time I visited this location. The employees act like you are a major inconvenience by just talking to them. Picking up a mobile order or placing a drive thru order leads to the employees looking/acting like you are a major inconvenience.

Overall, I would recommend to avoid this location. It is a shame there is not an alternative location available.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I had a DoorDash order of a fried house salad and these people really sent me a salad with NO CHICKEN ON IT AT ALL. So I’m literally expected to eat a plate full of lettuce. I’m very disappointed as I’m a hairstylist and barely get enough time to eat my lunch. And to pay all that money in delivery fees for DoorDash just to get your food and it’s not right is very unfortunate. Do better and treat people’s food as if it’s your own!

FYI. The new dry rub wings are not dry, they are wet. They are soaked in what they say is butter ,i was wondering why i had sauce dripping out my bag i thought they gave me wet wings by accident .I asked if I can get them with just the rub they said no .

This is by far one of the absolute worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever patronized! I was there on Saturday 5/2/2026 and the service I received horrible I waited on food dang near an hour because my order got messed up the first time the employees and manager was at odds it was awful customer service!!!!!

ordered meals and NOBODY got fries, ordered Surf & Turf and Shrimp Meals and nobody got shrimp. We ordered a chocolate milkshake but it was delivered warmer than chocolate milk (so you know how DISGUSTING it tasted. Might not be the location you want to visit this weekend !!!

While I was getting my food earlier a doordasher cursed out the manager Torrance C. but despite that he remained professional and handled the other customers with ease. It couldn’t have been me because I would’ve lost my job! So I commend him for that I’ve worked in the fast food industry before and it’s stressful
