Good food but bad service....

A very reluctant service seems to believe that they forgot my order and served 3 people who arrived after me

Absolutely horrible. Paid for my meal at 11:15 and didn’t get my food until 11:42. Several other people that came after my boyfriend got their food before him. This location has historically been very very slow. I don’t know why I thought going close to opening would make a difference.

Doors are locked and closed even though hours say they are open. It's 12:30pm on a weekday.

I have never gone to this location and waited less than 25 minutes in the drive through. The wait for drive through must be purposefully done because it’s not even peak times, it’s absolutely insane that this place is still even in business.

Not sure what happened to this location in recent months but customer service had gone down and the workers have no sense of urgency. Drive through line is often long now. Last week I tried going in instead and the associates never acknowledged us and dropped cups all over the floor, only to pick them back up and fix sodas, after seeing that i left and went elsewhere. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Zaxby's was so good the food was hot and the chicken tenders where so good with the bread and fries, but the bad thing was the service because the soda machine didn't work and there's was no coke but the atmosphere was ok

I ordered, had my order repeated back to me, and it was still incorrect. I ordered my wings all flat and was given drums, the fries I ordered were not included, bbq sauce wasn't included, and the fries I did get were cold and there was only half of what there should have been. They also forgot one of my drinks, which the cashier brought back to me, but when I told her they messed up the rest of my order they just said "sorry!" And offered no solution. Went inside and the line was so long that it would've taken another 30 mins just to get my order corrected. I gave them my phone to scan the app with a coupon and they kept my phone inside for like a whole minute ??? I just don't understand, scan it and give it back. If I'm spending $17 on wings they should be right - and not TINY!!! So frustrating that I used a $5 off coupon and spent $33 just to not get what I ordered and not be offered a solution when I expressed my order was wrong. In this economy at that!!! This location isn't always like this but that was so frustrating and I don't have time to drive back up there in Atlanta traffic to have it remade nor do I have time to wait an extra 30 minutes to have it fixed.

Staff were nice but this location being so so close to the d'town area and Atlantic Station Wow!!!Could definitely
use some re-vamping especially considering the area is not old and still growing. The ladies restroom was out of service and the dining area needed tending to, no idea if a Mgr was even On Duty...

Had lunch around 1240, not a long line but they were really busy. Had a cobb salad and it was really good, I like that I could switch my salad dressing for zax sauce and BBQ sauce ?

This is a slightly below average location. The reviews did scare me a bit, but it was close to my husband’s job so we went. I ordered in the app on a weekday around 12:15 and when we came in a couple minute after our estimate completion time it was ready. So not a long wait. My husband enjoyed his Cobb salad. I asked for seasoning on the side, but they put it on the fries. I only did that because people said there was no seasoning but there was plenty on mine so I was fine with that. The chicken tenders were laughably small. I’m use to 2 small ones and 2 bigger ones but they were all the same small size. The toast was still white and not toasted fully , but it did have butter and a good taste. When we asked to exchange my the salad dressings for Zaxby’s sauce they did an even exchange. As stated all the TVs don’t work, but I didn’t come for that. For lunch inside I say it’s fine. The food taste good, but you will get a smaller portion than what you are used too. The line in the drive through was pretty long, but that’s to be expected for lunch. I’m sure other reviews are accurate too, but I think you get better service if you go inside and/or order through the app.

The only good worker there is a young man named Isaiah. He's really a nice guy and very helpful the rest of you are pitiful and lazy and don't know how to do your job right.
