Just a suggestion…please bring back the grilled steak and ditch the roast beef at your Walton way location. Ordered food today and it was 👎🏻😞 Asked the employee if he gave me the correct meat and he said he did and agreed it tastes like shredded roast beef. Paid for steak and that is not what I received. Quality has gone down hill!
It seems like the after reopening, the wheeler road location didn’t bounce back. Today I ordered the burrito with chicken. For the life of me I don’t understand why it ended up spicy with not a single piece of chicken. I tried calling twice but the phone just rang and then asked me to enter my passcode.
It would also help if they added something to their menu to indicate if something will be spicy. I’ve stopped getting corn salsa because it has too many jalapeños.
Terrible customer service. My wife tried to go through the drive thru and had three orders and the lady through the window said “she had to much to order to come inside” we had three meals and she was extremely rude. We have spent a lot of money at this diablos well now we will not. I tried to talk to the manager and instead of being sympathetic made excuses, tried to give him my number so that the district manager could contact me and he hung up.
