UPDATE 6/25/2026- We decided to try Rio for lunch after running some errands. We walked in there was no one in the restaurant, literally us and the staff were the only people in the whole restaurant. Rio Cantina offers tasty food and delightful drinks, as reported by guests. The restaurant excels in accommodating large groups and providing excellent service, even without reservations. Notable menu items include margaritas, bean dip, and chimichangas. The menu is massive with a lot of great options, though some dishes like the beef taco salad and elote can be bland. Portions are plentiful, and the steak ranchero is good but spicy. The salsa has a good kick, and vegetarian tacos are delicious with customizable toppings. The restaurant is always clean and much bigger inside than it appears, making it a great spot for groups. While some find the food subpar, others enjoy the massive margarita menu and good service. Gabe is praised for his exceptional service, though some visitors have experienced varying levels of service.
