Dunkin' Donuts in Augusta

“I made a mobile order and chose the wrong location. The store was BUSY! The young lady at the window discovered i chose the wrong location. Instead of leaving me to fix my error, she asked what I ordered and had me pull up and brought my drink out to me. A1 service!! I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out!!! Visited Wednesday 9/25/24 at around 7:45 am. Thank you young lady for your exceptional service!!!!“

“This was the day after Thanksgiving and some places were closed. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and we had a craving for donuts. this late in the afternoon and they still had a good selection. We bought a dozen donuts and we sat down and ate three each. That was our lunch. There wasn’t a lot going on so I can’t say there was much atmosphere. However, it was entertaining to watch the staff all on their cell phones, making comments about things that we had no idea. Donuts were good. We had a good time. We left very happy. I will go here for donuts again.

Parking: Parking can be a little crowded. Dunkin’ Donuts is set up for drive-through.“

“If you know me you know, not only does America Run on Dunkin, however, So Do I! So much so, I have this fixation that whenever I am in a new area, I must experience their Dunkin. The real truth is I need my Dunkin fix, but we will go with that story.

As I was in Augusta for the day, I had to get my Dunkin before I hit the highway. This location was the closest to me so I kindly pulled up! The location has a tree at the corner so I almost missed it, however, their sign roped to the tree caught my attention. LoL!

Walking in, the location was very clean. As it is hot as hell outside I’m glad the A/C was on and set at a nice temperature that fit the bright ambiance of the store itself.

I decided to use the kiosk to place my order as I wanted to play with my flavor shots. Ha. The kiosk experience was super easy and quick and I was off to the counter.

Once at the counter, I asked if they could make my coffee in my “Dunkin” Tumbler. It was today when I learned this wasn’t a common ask in Augusta. Girl 1 asked Girl 2 clicks they who had to turn and ask Girl 3 who finally said yes. Bear in mind, when I purchased the mug from Dunkin in my area one of the main selling points was that since it was a Dunkin Tumbler, it could be used at any Dunkin to help save on waste. I loved the idea.

In any case, Girl 3 made it happen and all was well with my order. LoL.

The staff was super pleasant and all working on something. I was excited to see no one just standing around on their phones. We all know presentation is everything. Great job team.

Once my coffee was made I could instantly tell by the aroma that she understood the assignment and followed my order precisely. As soon as I took the first sip, my entire body said “ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!” Though the brew wasn’t fresh and was only a step above room temperature, the flavor was spot on and I could just let the sun heat it up for me. ????????

“I ordered the bacon, and it was good. The drive thru line wasn't long but it took a while during one person order but once that person left everybody else food started flowing so maybe it was just that one customer but other than that I will return for the bacon.“
