This location used to be good.. but now, they are SO rude. Don’t even try to call in an order.. they’ll leave you on hold for 20 mins & leave the phone off the hook after that so you can’t even call back. & they will lock the doors 45mins before they close bc they are so sorry. Smh, do better!!
It would seem another Great brand is in decline. Price is up, and I understand inflation and supply chain issues, however, quality of meat significantly less than par. Both beef/cheddar and steamer had veiny gristle fat meat. 2 different meats but both very inedible. Employees were friendly and service as you would hope but to "invest" over $30 for 2 sandwiches and have to discard them, Firehouse will no doubt go the way of other dwindling businesses.

I want in and ordered 2 lager stake sub q double meat and 1 large hook and latter . 3 other people came in after me and ordered all of them got their food before I got mine and left when my food is supposed to be ready they say one of the steak sandwiches was missing that somebody did dropping of steak meat when I get home and go give everyone their food none of my steak I have been posted look in the ladder that I ordered was not there I ended up with three steak sandwiches...read full review
