“What a great find! Came through Augusta on a day trip, and happened across Farmhaus. Good food that is locally sourced, and great service. The young lady who took our order was great- she seemed happy to be there and was very helpful with the menu. The food was tasty and prompt. The beer selection looked awesome, only wish I could’ve enjoyed one with the burger, but I had a long drive ahead. If your considering trying Farmhaus, go! “Lemme tell you about this place - we’ve been week 1 OGs and were super excited when a SECOND brewery opened in town (RIP Riverwatch). Moved away but try to pop in whenever we’re back. Just came today for the first time in…3-4 years? First since they’ve opened the kitchen and I don’t know what witchcraft they do, but the menu (though simple) is hands down the BEST brewery food I’ve had.

Minus .05 stars for being out of the one small-batch beer I really wanted to try (but I guess that’s my fault for getting there late afternoon).

The beef was tender and velvety - the sauce a bit spicy, but we had not asked to cut back on the spice. Very tasty. The General Tso chicken was perfectly cooked white meat, crisp and excellent. The shrimp was tender and broccoli good. We ordered as take away and items were fresh and crisp when we got home. The dining area is small, but there are tables if you choose to eat in. “Stop for a (hopeful) quick bite to eat on our drive home. Food was great, service was awesome. There was a mixup with our food and one of the meals came out way later than the rest of our food but our server was right on top of it and was very polite and nice.
