“First off, I'd like to state that this rating is in comparison to other Mom & Pop establishments and not Michelin star places. That'd be unfair to both parties involved.

With that said, I really enjoyed myself here. The staff were very attentive and expeditious! I received my order probably about 5 minutes after I ordered. Granted it was earlier in the day and not many patrons but I still believe they deserve the recognition for it. There were plenty of seating available even for a large party if you have one. The establishment was clean on the outside and inside. In addition, the bathroom was really clean and tidy as well.

I ordered Sashimi that came with 6 other rolls and gyoza shrimp. The shrimp were so hot I actually had to let them sit a while before eating, which is great for me compared to cold or lukewarm. The Sashimi and sushi were extremely fresh! You can see a pick of the chef area where they prepared it. The food was plated exceptionally well and was a pleasantly unexpected surprise.

This was a great experience!!! And the efficiency of the staff allowed me to eat my lunch and get back to work on time. I highly recommend it and would visit again.”

“Delicious! The brussel sprouts are amazing, the steaks are great, and the service was good. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We were able to chat and visit without pressure to pay and leave and yet no he forgotten by the waiter.”

“I recently worked with Frog Rock Brewery to host my birthday… and it was an AMAZING experience. My guests loved the space, the staff, and the drinks (of course!!). The events coordinator, Lindsey, was great. I had such a great time. I highly recommend Frog Rock. The outdoor space offers a beautiful space for hanging with friends, playing games (like cornhole), and relaxing.”

“Fantastic as always! My husband and I have been enjoying Wallace Barbecue for as long as we can remember, and nothing has changed in 35+ years. We drive an hour and a half now so we can enjoy good bbq. Don’t forget to enjoy a pickle with your meal and grab a bottle of hot sauce to keep at home!”

“I have been there 4 or 5 times since my last review and the good was on point. Food was so good Friday, I went back YESTERDAY and it was a hot mess. Told cashier well she had extra crispy on ticket. “I had my first visit to Palmer's Eatery and it did not disappoint! We got our food to-go. So I didn't get to enjoy the cute outdoor seating area. The food was delicious! I had the 3 meat hibachi with chicken, steak, and shrimp. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Large portions. I also had the peach cobbler.... whew! Delicious.... tasted like somebody's granny made it. LOL I will definitely be back and highly recommend Palmer's Eatery.”

“I had brunch at the Eggs Up Grill today with my family. When we arrived it was busy and we were told the wait would be 15 minutes which was about accurate. Our sever was Selena and she was attentive. We had the 6 count croissant donuts to start which were delicious. Our food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the Texican bowl with eggs. My meal came out hot and had plenty of flavor. The kids ordered from the kids menu and ate all of their food. My husband ordered the caramel apple crisp pancakes and side of grits with cheese. The grits came out hot and he enjoyed his meal cause he ate it all…lol.
We will definitely be returning again to the Eggs Up Grill for a meal.”

“I was craving tacos today, drove about 20 mins to this food truck. I placed my order for Birria tacos and once I received my order, I realized that I miss communicated that I wanted the sauce etc. Luckily the young lady and the guy cooking understood the error that Id made when I placed my order, and they simply changed it to my request. I was very grateful! The food was soooo good! And its outside a convenience store. Definitely try them out 10/10”

I called around to place a catering order to be delivered to a dear friend, all other locations denied my order, even though they offer catering services and are closer to my delivery location, but not Andrew! He went over, beyond, and out of his way to ensure that he could get my order delivered and I am so appreciative! If you are in the Austell area and need anything from Honey Baked Ham, please stop by and ask for Andrew, he and his team’s customer service is TOP TIER! “I'm in a nursing home and once a month we coordinate a big takeout order with various places. We have used Okinawa Austell 3 times now, and everytime, without fail, they have given us delicious perfection! And their lunch prices are extremely affordable, even for us! We average 30 to 35 orders each time! Everything is always packaged so we can identify each order easily, and there have been ZERO mistakes or complaints. Zero complaints! Chase is always spectacular with his customer service and attention to detail. I wish i could remember the names of the other people whom ive interacted with. They were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about how much we love Okinawa Austell! Their Dallas Hwy location is also a gem. My sister and I used to go there at least once a month. It was our favorite sushi spot! It appears that Okinawa provides excellence no matter which location you go to! I would give more stars if I could!”

“I usually eat here during the morning time. I will order food from there display which usually consists of some type of egg , their rice and bean mixture , popusas, tamales etc.. I enjoy the food and prices are reasonable . They also have a a variety of bread on their bakery side to choose from . I personally enjoy the elote atole , very delicious.”

“My fiancé heard about this place from a friend, and we happened to be in the area today and decided to give it a try! Parking wasn't bad as the parking deck was free to park in and easy to navigate. He had the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, and I had the Buffalo Chicken Chessesteak. We ordered the giant sub's and they are GIANT! They're longer than 1ft. (Subway goes up to 1ft.) but not quite 2ft. Maybe, 16in. or so? Anywho, the food was amazing. Very fresh, and the BEST sub's we've had in a very long time! It can get kind of pricey depending on what you order but in my opinion the amount of food and the quality of the food is SO worth it. We would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for something new to try, and we will be back again as soon as possible! Tl;dr: 5 out of 5 stars for the food, 4-4.5 stars for the location. It's easy to find and get to, but the building is very small, so be prepared in case you have to sit outside to eat (thankfully when we went it wasn't super crowded). Other than that, it was awesome.”
