The customer service and food are good, but PLEASE for the love of God train the service line employees how to wrap a freaking burrito! Every single time I order a burrito here they annihilate it trying to wrap it to the point where it doesnt even look appetizing anymore. I end up having to tell them to just put it in a bowl.
