4 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Bainbridge

“I have very rarely had a bad experience at this location. Last night changed that and was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. For starters they were extremely under staffed and only one young lady up front making drinks and taking orders. The wait time to order was longer than I have ever experienced and we were the only people in line. As we were waiting 2 people walked back up with messed up orders one was a young man with a gluten allergy and had asked for gluten free. They proceeded to take the ingredients off the gluten bun and just transfer them to the new one which he had to ask them again to remake bc those ingredients were already in contact with the gluten. Then as we finally were ordering the young lady didn’t know how to remove the lettuce from my sandwich asked the manager for help and was told he didn’t have time. He finally walked over removed the items and left. When we received our food the fries were cold and my sandwich still had lettuce etc on it. All in all just not what I expect from this restaurant“

“I ain’t gone lie this is one of the best hardees locations I’ve done been too the food is cooked well done and excellent taste never have a problem with ordering biscuits or any type of food is cooked well and great people who are fast paced and outgoing !!!!“

“I give this five stars because of the service received by a gentleman named Travis. Extremely friendly, when I walked in he immediately took the register and efficiently took my order. He then went right to work on the order. He took it upon himself to cut and separate my children’s sandwich into three separate boxes. He personally came out and brought the order to me and even bagged up my chips. Very refreshing to get such friendly and professional service. Thank you Travis, keep up the great work!“
