Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy which translates to no cheese on my sandwich. They do a great job ensuring cheese doesn’t touch any of the sandwich ingredients.
They will even make me a pizza without cheese!

Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is in a wheelchair and having 2 spaces right at the ramp and front door makes the process of him transferring from the car to his wheelchair and getting into the restaurant easy. The“

“I had Lola’s meatloaf and while it wasn’t quite like my dear old mother’s the portions were just as large and please don’t tell her, but it tasted even better. At 6’5” 380lbs I’m a big boy with a big appetite but with two giant slices of baked meatloaf perfectly seasoned with a nice grilled crust, garlic toast, mashed potatoes and brown gravy along with a side of delicious fried honey drizzled brussel sprouts I was full as a tic…errrr…. or I’ll just say full, and it was just $17.00 for all of it. I would definitely go again and writing this has made me hungry so where’s that Sidelines supper menu.“

When we first walked in we saw someone who wasn't really ok with waiting for a table and he was incredibly rude to the manager and the manager handled it like the professional he is. We were seated at our table and had the best service. There was a slight issue with one of our meals and the manager came over, before we even knew there was an issue, and explained the situation. He did everything to make sure we were happy and checked on us several times just to make sure. It was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. It helps to remember that people in the service industry can only do their jobs to the best of their ability and being rude to the staff or anyone, doesn't make them do things quicker or the way you want. “The only negative:
The heavy metal music was blasting! It was so loud that my husband and I had trouble hearing each other as we sat in our booth. We eventually just stopped trying to communicate during breakfast. It was so loud that we might not come back again. When we finally left, we both sighed in relief when we got outside. Today is December 7th, so they could have had soft Christmas music playing for a nice atmosphere, or even just any music that was on a lower volume.

The many positives:
Other than the blaring music, the service was excellent, and the food was tasty. Our kind server's nametag said "Maw Maw". She was great! She took our order and then brought our food very quickly. She was very thoughtful and polite and checked on us several times during our meal. Great service and very good food!“

My spinach salad with salmon was delectable, yet it barely had enough greens. I chuckled, not really, wondering if they were taxing spinach! “Today 12/21/24, I went in to pickup my ham order. I had a bit of a struggle getting into the store as the parking lot was crowded. The young men working the counter were exceptionally helpful. Sean went so far as to carry my bags out to my car and he lent a helpful hand helping me walk. I was so impressed by the excellent service I felt compelled to write about it in a review. The honey baked brand is known for excellence and we always include it in our holiday fixings. I can highly recommend the Riverstone location simply amazing!!“
