“Since the first review, we no longer eat inside but do get the food at the counter. We got stuck in the drive thru forever for our online order. The bathrooms have been clean every time we stopped... until today. 🤮 It stank of used feminine products and the floor needed mopping really bad. Food was good as usual but remember... it isn't just the food that matters people, when you are on a road trip, especially.
Old review: The people were friendly and the food was great. Unfortunately, it was so cold in the dining room that I couldn't really enjoy it.“

“Me and my family went for our first time.
I got the cube steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, with a side salad, and rolls.
My wife got the chicken fingers with fries.
The kids got a hot ham and cheese with fries.
We shared an apple turnover and ice cream.
We all got sweet tea (really good sweet tea)
We had cheese sticks for an appetizer (really good as well)
The cube steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, mashed potatoes without the gravy are really good/ with is amazing, side salad is just lettuce with tomatoes, cheese on request. I got mine with ranch. The lettuce was fresh, and the ranch was very good.
Chicken fingers are fresh, juicy and seasoned just right. The fries tasted good but could have been cooked a little longer. The hot ham and cheese was really good. Dessert was amazing!!! Lastly the service was amazing. All the staff were really nice.“

“I’ve seen some bad reviews on the Baxley store, so I visited and went through the drive thru and everything was perfect with my order… everything was correct, even sauce packets and NAPKINS! Which is a forgotten item at almost any fastfood drive thru… didn’t even ask for them! Great job Baxley!“

“I ordered my sandwich online it was ready at the states pick up time. Staff was super friendly, but far more importantly my sandwich was precisely made to order. The presentation of my sandwich was unmatched and appeared as the employee takes pride in her job. Thank you subway of Baxley.“

“THIS VISIT WAS EXCELLENT!!! We haven’t patronized this location in a while due to taste/temp of food and the attitude of some of the employees, particularly management. However today was excellent! Greeted when we entered the doorway and even though they were busy all of them were smiling!!! At the register we were greeted again WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE and a GENUINE tone in her voice as to what she truly could get for us today. Food was fast to come out and HOT & FRESH! Love the new manager - busy but willing to briefly speak to you!!! Will return soon!!!“
