“We were just traveling thru, needed a place to eat, and like to support locally owned businesses. Based on other reviews, we weren't expecting anything spectacular, but Joe's exceeded our expectations.
First, fresh soup/salad bar is included with all entrees and has a little bit of everything. Be sure to try the sweet potato chips! I could have eaten my weight in those. Sweet tea was the best I've had in years (and the best pellet ice!). Seafood meals were good - sweet potato souffle was amazing if you like it sweet. This place felt nostalgic - like the Mom and Pop restaurants we used to see everywhere but didn't survive Covid. Highly recommend you give Joe's a try.“
