Sorry to have to report that Fuji's is not what it used to be. I went there right after the new owners reopened and got a vegetable plate. It was not good, the rice was a blob of white sticky mess and the carrots were not included. I said ok, they are just getting started so will improve with experience. But, they didn't. This place has upped its game since the last time I was there. Menu is much better, offering more options. Plenty to take home. Taste was good, and it was prepared good. Prove it's good. Service was good. I'll be back for sure.
