“Don’t order online or curb side pick up!! I’ve tried it 2x and both times it was down. They have deals/coupons for online/curb side, but again it’s not available when you arrive. I went thru the drive thru and they wouldn’t accept the online coupon. Cheeseburger bun was hard as a rock, fries and chicken nuggets were cold and soggy. Spent $14 for a all around terrible experience!!! Very disappointed, especially with what’s going on right now. Get it together. Serve hot, fresh food and don’t offer curb side/online service if you cannot provide this service!!!“

“The pumpkin spice is amazing. Also the caramelo. I go Every day sometimes twice a day. But I order on line and the red head on the morning always makes my drink wrong. I order online and it Specifies extra thick and extra smooth with caramel in the cup. So When she gives me my drink, it's very runny. There's no caramel in the cup. So when I bring up the problem, she rolls her eyes and has an attitude and then she just adds extra ice to it and doesn't smooth it down so there's big chunks of ice where I can't even drink it out of a straw and I'm not one to complain but this is the fourth time in a row that I've got a drink from her only. And it's always something her attitude is bad.You're not supposed to roll your eyes at customers just because they were asking you to fix the drink the way they ordered it but other than her.I love their service and everything“
