this isn't against the employees, this is against the employer. My son was hired in their Tin Roof Creamery. The ad for the job (have a screen shot) said the pay range was between 26k to 28k a year. That is a minimum of 12.50 an hour. When my son got his first paycheck, it was on his pay stub as 9.50 an hour. When he asked his boss she said everyone has to pay taxes. Then he was fired for not paying for a cup of coffee.

Store was super cute! Ice cream was delicious. And prices were phenomenal! 10 out of 10 recommend
So friendly, not at all stingy with the samples, patient, and sure can make a tasty pretty ice cream cup!! Please come see them!
