“If I could give Romas Pizza 10 stars, I absolutely would. Not only is their pizza incredible (seriously, some of the best around), but it’s the PEOPLE who make this place unforgettable. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart. They are the poster business for what customer service should look like. We will forever recommend Romas. 🍕❤️“

“Olive garden is my idea of a fast food restaurant. It is decent food and clean staff is usually pleasant. Super salad is always good. Like the fact that extra sauce is not an issue. Or you can change your sauces to your taste.
Last it doesn't matter whether you sit fir 2 hours or you need to eat and go.“

“I got to say when I looked at the reviews online I thought wow this is a great place. Looked at the pictures. The pizza looked fantastic. When I arrived at the location my feelings changed really quickly. First thing I see is a gas station and attached to it as a strip mall and I'm thinking oh my gosh this is going to really be bad. I'm very happy to report that this pizza is outstanding. I'm a pizza snob from Chicago. I would definitely take this to go. It does have that gas station vibe even though it's not really in the gas station. But I got to admit the pizza pie is fantastic. I'll be back again for sure. By the way, I ordered the square Brooklyn style pizza.“
