“Solid workers who are more than happy to make your order right. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that they keep things clean and don’t cross-touch meats when making my sandwich—I never have to ask them to change gloves, which makes the whole experience so much easier. The staff are friendly and to the point, and it’s one of the few Subways where I feel relaxed ordering. Highly recommend. Only downside is they don’t carry veggie patties, which is a bit of a letdown.“

“We came to this location tonight for a quick and easy meal. My mother has celiac and has to have special accommodations where food safety is concerned. One staff member was not familiar but another guy and girl stepped up and took care of us with the uptmost respect and safety to allow us to have a great meal with out the worry of gluten in our meal. “I love coming to this specific location. I intentionally drive the closet subway just to have my meals made by the welcoming gentleman ( glasses) I forgot to ask his name but seriously he’s so clean and that’s a huge plus in my book! He makes my veggie sub to perfection every single time! Keep up the works guys and thanks for making it the best experience, every time.“

“Under new management...the restaurant was clean, the staff (owners?) were friendly and accommodating, and the sub (Philly cheesesteak) was delicious.
If I could suggest one thing: on the Philly, put less oil and vinegar. It was messy.
Wouldn't stop me from ordering it again, though.

“The Firehouse website and Google both say the place on victory drive closes at 930 I came in here at 855 and there are 5 or 6 employees in the store and they all said we're closed , but the front door was open and the lights were on very disappointed. I Had to order from the place next door and as I sat in my car and waited for my order. I noticed they didn't turn the lights off or leave 945. If you're going to close early, then you need to change your hours.“

The store was very busy as it was the beginning of lunch. They still managed to get our food out very fast. I ordered the Ruben, and my husband had the Memphian. We chose the choose 2 option. It came with a salad and half of a sandwich. The food was good, and we will definitely go back again.“
