I love how the menu is displayed so clearly, letting you build your own sandwich by marking exactly what you want. The options truly feel endless, and I personally prefer the BYO Wich over the pre-designed favorites since it gives me full control over what goes into my sub. The black bean patty is solid, but I really appreciate that I can also go without a patty and just enjoy all the fresh, flavorful veggies. The bread itself is soft and delicious, rounding out a great sandwich every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and satisfying sub experience!“

“I went to visit the Rincon location this morning 9/27/25 at approximately 10:15 am.The restaurant was neat,organized and the clean.The manager on duty named Cardelia provided outstanding customer service.My sandwich was very tasty.Hats off to this restaurant manager.I will definitely go to back at another time.“

“The Firehouse website and Google both say the place on victory drive closes at 930 I came in here at 855 and there are 5 or 6 employees in the store and they all said we're closed , but the front door was open and the lights were on very disappointed. I Had to order from the place next door and as I sat in my car and waited for my order. I noticed they didn't turn the lights off or leave 945. If you're going to close early, then you need to change your hours.“

“Under new management...the restaurant was clean, the staff (owners?) were friendly and accommodating, and the sub (Philly cheesesteak) was delicious.
If I could suggest one thing: on the Philly, put less oil and vinegar. It was messy.

The store was very busy as it was the beginning of lunch. They still managed to get our food out very fast. I ordered the Ruben, and my husband had the Memphian. We chose the choose 2 option.
