Baldino’s Giant Jersey Subs offers a clean and friendly dining experience with plenty of seating and easy parking. Located within a Shell gas station and convenience store complex, it provides convenient access just off I-16, making it a good stop on the way to the airport or nearby attractions. The restaurant serves fresh, high-quality subs that taste like neighborhood deli fare rather than typical chain food. The bread is fresh and has a unique, light, and fluffy texture, with some customers noting it may have too much bread for their liking. Popular choices include the #4 sub with delicious meats and toppings, and the meatball sub, both served in good-sized portions. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, with some mentioning staff going above and beyond, including accommodating catering needs even outside regular hours. The atmosphere is casual, with a TV quietly playing news in the background. While most reviews praise the food’s flavor and freshness, some mention minor issues such as the bread being a bit too much or specific interactions regarding pricing and ordering. Overall, Baldino’s is seen as a reliable spot for quality subs, offering a neighborhood deli feel with friendly service and a clean environment. Several reviewers highlight this location as the best in their area, making it a popular choice for a satisfying meal.
