Please take the vanilla cream soda freeze off of the menu. We have been 4 times in the last 10 days, and the machine is either out of order or in defrost mode.
Some of the time they favor the drive thru more than dine in /takeout so if your a cash paying customer it's sort of a challenge to get them to recognize you and that you very much would like your order sent to the kitchen as well.
We ordered from the Bonaire, GA store on Wednesday and Mashaundra (who we later found out was on loan from the Watson Boulevard location) was a shining example of perfect customer service. We had a long and complicated order, and not only was she patient and incredibly friendly, but she took the extra time to ensure she got every detail correct so we got exactly what we wanted.
