“We ordered from the Bonaire, GA store on Wednesday and Mashaundra (who we later found out was on loan from the Watson Boulevard location) was a shining example of perfect customer service. We had a long and complicated order, and not only was she patient and incredibly friendly, but she took the extra time to ensure she got every detail correct so we got exactly what we wanted. We tend to expect a lower level of customer service when it comes to fast food just due to the “order and go” nature of the business, but what we got from Mashaundra was on par with the best of any dine-in establishment we’ve been too. We hope she gets promoted quickly as she is a great ambassador for your brand and exactly the type of person who should be in management. Also, our order was perfect so props to the rest of the team as well!“
