I ordered 2 orders, telling them that I would be paying with 2 different payments. They paid for both orders with my card. I had to tell them multiple times what I ordered. They also had to redo my drink. Very bad manners. I hate this because I buy from here a lot.
The coffee and donut was good but bless the girl at the window, she wasn't sure how to work the app (and I didn't know how to redeem either) so I paid $8 for what have cost me less than $4, and to top it off gave me the wrong donut! Glazed chocolate and frosted chocolate are 2 different things dear. Please train your a staff! Thank you!

Literally had 4 kinds to choose from. Entire donut section almost empty. Worker didn’t seem to care. I said so when you sell out of donuts what do you do…just sell ice cream? She said “I just tell people we don’t have anymore.” Nice?
