After picking up a cake that didn’t look like the online picture and didn’t follow my instructions exactly, I contacted the owner/manager by email and through messenger. They made it right by making another cake and that cake looked wonderful. My advice, be specific, communicate well, use the notes section and don’t leave the store until your cake is the way you want it.
I always order my kids cookie cakes from here and never have an issues. Everyone is always so nice and the cakes turn out perfect! Today went in to pick up the cookie cake and spoke with the older gentleman in there for a while. He was so very nice.
