We stopped by for the first time on August 12. We explained to the cashier that we wanted a root beer floated, but we wanted to change the drink to Pepsi. As the cashier asked the manager how to do it, the manager rolled her eyes, turned around, and yelled, if it's not on the menu, we don't do it. There was no hi, how are you or anything. No wonder this place has only one-star reviews. I felt bad for the cashier for working with someone so nasty and unprofessional.

Really nice cashier lady both times at the drive through. SUPER patient, helpful, kind. Great ice cream. Don't come too late like after 9pm. They sometimes run out of waffle cones and many ice cream. Will come many more times here, but earlier in the day.
