After picking up a cake that didn’t look like the online picture and didn’t follow my instructions exactly, I contacted the owner/manager by email and through messenger. They made it right by making another cake and that cake looked wonderful. My advice, be specific, communicate well, use the notes section and don’t leave the store until your cake is the way you want it.
Terrible service! I ordered a cookie cake online 2 days prior to pick up and even called and left a message the day of to make sure all was well. No one ever returned my call. Then when I arrived at my pick up time, no cake was even made! Then blame was put on me since I asked for a different design! Terrible service!
Ordered a dog cookie cake on Monday with a female employee at 6:30 pm and went to pick it up today and they said they did not have a cake. They told me they would make another cake and I told them that it was supposed to be a dog cake.. just opened lid of box.. no dog on cake . Would not recommend this business
