Please bring the sonic back. There is not one near me at this time. I can’t believe a bunch of them have closed.
I normally love Sonic and my favorite thing is the corn dogs. So imagine my reaction when I pull two disgustingly burnt crunchy messes out of the bag! So disappointed.
This place has gone way down. Have wait in drive through for 20+ mins on many many many occasions. Whoever has been running this place the last few years needs to find a new job.
Sonic Drive-In has a variety of food offerings, but there are some concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness and service. Some customers have found that the stall numbers are difficult to locate and could be more clearly marked. The exterior of the store could also benefit from some cleanup. There have been issues with food packaging, such as a milkshake being handed out with ice-cream still on the side and a cup having a crack, causing the melted ice-cream to leak. The drive-up speaker is also reported to be faulty, making it hard to hear the order taker. Additionally, some customers have experienced less than ideal service, with staff being described as rude and short.
