“1st thing that stuck out was the exceptional cleanliness of this location. The ordering process via the kiosk was somehow easier than usual for an old man, such as myself. Then along came Miss Bettie, any business related to customer service would be truly blessed to have Miss Bettie as an employee. She understood and accepted the fact due to a back injury waiting on my order was physically easier than being seated and an employee bringing my order to the table. The order was available quickly and surprisingly enough every item was hot and fresh. As expected Miss Bettie came by to verify if I needed more condiments which I did. The remarkable thing about Miss Bettie was everything felt genuine, not forced, neither did she cross the line,i.e. seating herself with me and pulling out pics of her grandkids. It's a very fine line in the service industry between being helpful and a nuisance, Miss Bettie and the entire crew at this McDonald's location is the benchmark of what any McDonald's and all fast food restaurants should strive for.“

“My company recently sent me to Carrollton on a 2 day training session. I decided to give this little coffee shop a try for my morning caffeine fix, and I'm glad I did.

Their Spiced Chai Latte is absolutely out of this world good. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

“Bagels were very good... (we purchased 3 bagels and 7 donuts) $35.00 we took them home, girl squeezed them into a small box... kept rearranging them. I told her she needed a larger box. (ignored me). we opened box home and the donuts were missing toppings, ( fallen off) icing smashed on side of box.“

“The service was courteous, and even though it's a smaller building there was comfortable seating and the chicken biscuit was delicious and tasted fresh. The frozen chocolate was also good too. The bathrooms are clean and I like to thank the crew on 03/02/25 a good day. Makes me want to come back more to this location. This is a much better and reliable location than the one in South Park street.“
