I truly hate to leave a negative review because the entrée I had—short ribs and grits—was absolutely one of the most flavorful dishes I’ve ever tasted. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the amazing food.
Our server, Carmel, seemed completely uninterested in her job, which was evident in her lackluster attitude. If an 18% gratuity hadn’t already been added to the bill, I wouldn’t have left a tip at all.

The food, drinks, and service are consistently good.
The food here is amazing, especially the fried chicken meal, collard greens and yams!!!!
The cornbread is okay but I’ve had better and the seafood dip is okay as well, but too messy to eat.
Our waiter was okay but not the most friendly one to have. If you and 1 other person is dining here be prepared for the extra small tables to eat off of lol
