“I would like to thank the manager. Twice we have had an issue with Door dash not delivering to the correct address. The manager went out of her way to make it right even though it was not in any way their fault. I appreciate them and how important their customers are to them.“

“I have enjoyed their sobs for years, my last experience has far from great. They ran out of their normal bread and substituted it with looks to me like hotdog buns. I called the owner or manager, and he reacted like I was crazy. He had no answer or resolution. Customer service is so important.“

“Tables were sticky and had crumbs. Everything else was good. Hated that there wasnt a tray to carry our order to the table. Had to literally carry 2 subs...bag of chips and 2 drinks by hand to the table....after fixing our drinks at drink station...would have been easier with a tray to carry our order on.“

“I've been hearing a lot of people telling me to try the Deli so I did. I got a few things like the fries, the bacon eggs sandwich and a chocolate desert. The fries honestly weren't that good, because they were hard but tge sauce was really good. The desert was alright, it wasn't overly sweet but it was super messy and the fruit looked kinda old. The breakfast sandwich was awesome,.the cream cheese was super hot even for it being the last thing I ate. I added sausage and cream cheese with blueberry bread and it was great. Next time I order, it would probably only be that since the other 2 were misses in my opinion.

Om another visit I got tge everything bagel, and it infact had zero toppings, beside cheese that I added, do not order that lol.“

“great customer service! i was greeted with kindness immediately when i walked through the door. i can tell the young lady who served me was brand new but she went above & beyond to ask questions to make sure she got my veggie patty salad to perfection!

the other experienced server working alongside her is a great mentor to her! the experienced server gave the new server great advice on how to serve effeciently! it was a very pleasant experience! i recommend the 12399 u.s hwy 301 subway to anyone in statesboro who love this restaurant!

“Nick who works the night shift was really friendly and made me laugh getting a subway sandwich, and Demetrius who was working with him was also really funny, but they took work seriously making my sandwich quickly with a good laugh! Love the staff love the atmosphere, love the sandwich!“

“3 employees and the one working at the register was taking a large catering order and the other two were in the back, not sure what they were doing but I was on a 30 minute lunch break and I had to use 10 minutes waiting to give my order this was at lunch time.“
