“I have enjoyed their sobs for years, my last experience has far from great. They ran out of their normal bread and substituted it with looks to me like hotdog buns. I called the owner or manager, and he reacted like I was crazy. He had no answer or resolution. Customer service is so important.“

“This was my first time eating from Jersey Mikes & I was not disappointed. The service was great & so was my turkey sub. The space at this location is open & well lit. Location was easy to find & there’s plenty of parking. Prices are decent as well. I’ll definitely be back & certainly recommend this establishment.“

“Food is good but a little pricey. You're definitely paying for the convenience of being on campus. Service takes a bit because they make the sandwiches as ordered, and during class time it can get pretty busy so make sure to order ahead of time.“

“great customer service! i was greeted with kindness immediately when i walked through the door. i can tell the young lady who served me was brand new but she went above & beyond to ask questions to make sure she got my veggie patty salad to perfection!
the other experienced server working alongside her is a great mentor to her! the experienced server gave the new server great advice on how to serve effeciently! it was a very pleasant experience! i recommend the 12399 u.s hwy 301 subway to anyone in statesboro who love this restaurant!

“Those 2 new faces me and my kids never seen but no there car will eat at there anyday. They both was extremely nice and had excellent customer service they both love there job cause our food was made wit love and care and something they would eat. We really appreciate it because it hard to come by food service workers who actually cares about how they feed you. The lady and Gentlemen was very professional.“

“Nick who works the night shift was really friendly and made me laugh getting a subway sandwich, and Demetrius who was working with him was also really funny, but they took work seriously making my sandwich quickly with a good laugh! Love the staff love the atmosphere, love the sandwich!“

“I always order to-go thru the app. Haven’t had an issue doing that. Food always ready when I get there. Order always correct. They change the online exclusive sandwiches up every now and then so there’s more variety than there has been in the past & the sandwiches taste better than they have in years past. I’m not expecting gourmet when I choose to eat here. I know what I’m getting so I just want it ready and correct and, at this location, it always is.“
