“I always order to-go thru the app. Haven’t had an issue doing that. Food always ready when I get there. Order always correct. They change the online exclusive sandwiches up every now and then so there’s more variety than there has been in the past & the sandwiches taste better than they have in years past. I’m not expecting gourmet when I choose to eat here. I know what I’m getting so I just want it ready and correct and, at this location, it always is.“

“I have enjoyed their sobs for years, my last experience has far from great. They ran out of their normal bread and substituted it with looks to me like hotdog buns. I called the owner or manager, and he reacted like I was crazy. He had no answer or resolution. Customer service is so important.“

“Tables were sticky and had crumbs. Everything else was good. Hated that there wasnt a tray to carry our order to the table. Had to literally carry 2 subs...bag of chips and 2 drinks by hand to the table....after fixing our drinks at drink station...would have been easier with a tray to carry our order on.“

“I've been hearing a lot of people telling me to try the Deli so I did. I got a few things like the fries, the bacon eggs sandwich and a chocolate desert. The fries honestly weren't that good, because they were hard but tge sauce was really good. The desert was alright, it wasn't overly sweet but it was super messy and the fruit looked kinda old. The breakfast sandwich was awesome,.the cream cheese was super hot even for it being the last thing I ate. I added sausage and cream cheese with blueberry bread and it was great. Next time I order, it would probably only be that since the other 2 were misses in my opinion.

Om another visit I got tge everything bagel, and it infact had zero toppings, beside cheese that I added, do not order that lol.“

“3 employees and the one working at the register was taking a large catering order and the other two were in the back, not sure what they were doing but I was on a 30 minute lunch break and I had to use 10 minutes waiting to give my order this was at lunch time.“
